All our garments are specially handcrafted and made to order. We do not keep ready stock of any of our products. Each outfit is crafted only after an order is placed, based on the size selected by the customer from our size chart.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.
For Size Confusion
If you have any questions regarding sizing before placing your order, we strongly recommend contacting us on WhatsApp. Our team will be happy to assist you in selecting the correct size.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As all our garments are made exclusively to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including:

We only offer an exchange if the product received is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To claim an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing eunoiabyayushi@gmail.com and whatsapp with your order details, clear photographs of the issue, and a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video. The video must begin before opening the sealed package and should clearly show the shipping label, the unopened packaging, and the product inside. This video is mandatory for us to verify the issue and process your exchange request. Exchange requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for the exchange.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
